Botswana has many complaints from teachers with the federation, with him as teachers into the office a lot is expected to change. He has done a lot for youth development already with his entire club team representing Botswana in AFJ championships |

Miti is at the pivot of the federation. He holds a lot of experience in the office. Served for 4 years as an additional member |

Is there anyone else who can do the job better than him. Has been holding the position 8years running but he is only 24. |

Its hard to get a picture of this men without him working on th money books. With so many sponsors taking interest in developing the game, he is definitely the right man to handle nations funds. |

Alex Mpuisang, Executive Member
No one is more devoted to chess in the country than this man. Through the tougher years he held the organisation together. Ran tournaments with or without sponsors. Voted Botswana’s sports referee of the year in 2006. |

Thabani “Bobby” Balang, Technical
Has an undying passion for the game and undoubted administration skills. Leader of the best club in the country(Bonyonyo), who surely miss him as he is away to Ireland. Serves as international correspondent and technical officer.
